Shirt Button Camera

A 4K camera module that replaces the third button on a standard dress shirt. Sewn in place like a normal button, it captures documents, screens, and printed text with auto-focus precision.

Why a Shirt Button?

The third button on a dress shirt sits at chest height, providing the optimal angle for capturing documents placed on a desk. This position is natural and does not require any unusual body positioning to aim the camera. You simply sit in your normal posture and the camera captures whatever is on the surface in front of you.

Shirt buttons are the most inconspicuous location for a hidden camera because they are expected to be there. A pen camera, glasses camera, or watch camera all introduce a foreign object that can draw attention. A shirt button is the one element of clothing that nobody questions or examines closely.

Installation Process

The camera module ships with a sewing kit and illustrated instructions. Remove the existing third button from your shirt and sew the camera button in its place using the same thread holes. The process takes approximately 10 minutes and requires no special tools. The camera button has the same four-hole pattern as a standard button, so it attaches identically.

A thin, flat cable runs from the button internally through the shirt to the GSM induction loop worn around the neck. This cable is thinner than a thread and is routed along the shirt seam where it is completely invisible. The neckband loop, which also drives the magnetic earpiece, sits under the collar or under a t-shirt worn beneath the dress shirt.

Compatible Shirts

The camera button is compatible with any dress shirt that uses standard 11mm buttons. This includes most men's dress shirts from brands like Charles Tyrwhitt, Thomas Pink, Brooks Brothers, and Uniqlo. We provide buttons in five colours (black, white, navy, ivory, charcoal) to match your shirt. Custom colour matching is available for bulk orders.
