24kupi Review: Is It Worth It?

What Is 24kupi?

24kupi is a brand that has been selling exam cheating equipment since approximately 2018, primarily targeting students in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Their product lineup includes Bluetooth earpieces, cheating watches with text display screens, and basic button cameras. They operate primarily through their website and various resellers on e-commerce platforms.

Their most popular product is a kit that includes a Bluetooth micro-earpiece paired with a basic camera. The system requires a human partner who watches the camera feed on their phone and reads answers aloud to the earpiece wearer. This two-person system was considered cutting edge in 2019, but it has significant limitations that have become increasingly problematic.

What We Tested

We purchased the 24kupi "Premium Exam Kit" directly from their website for approximately $180 USD (including shipping). The kit arrived in 12 days in plain packaging. Inside was a Bluetooth micro-earpiece, a button camera (720p), a Bluetooth transmitter, and a basic instruction sheet in English with some grammatical errors.

The Problems

1. Camera Quality Is Terrible

The 720p camera struggled to read standard 12pt printed text from desk distance. In anything less than perfect lighting, the image was grainy and blurred. We had to hold exam papers unusually close to the camera to get readable captures, which would look suspicious in a real exam setting. Modern exams often use small fonts, tables, and diagrams that this camera simply cannot resolve.

2. Bluetooth Is Easily Detectable

The entire 24kupi system relies on Bluetooth connectivity. Any exam venue with a basic Bluetooth scanner (which now costs under $50 and is increasingly common in universities) can detect the device. During our testing, the Bluetooth signal was visible to every device within 10 metres. This is a critical security flaw that 24kupi has not addressed.

3. Requires a Human Partner

The biggest weakness of the 24kupi system is its reliance on a second person. Your partner must be available during the exact exam window, must be able to see the camera feed clearly, must understand the subject matter, and must read answers clearly enough for the earpiece to pick up. In our testing, the partner misread questions twice and provided wrong answers on three occasions during a simulated 2-hour exam.

4. Earpiece Comfort and Audibility

The 24kupi earpiece is noticeable if anyone stands close to you. In a quiet exam hall, the audio leakage is faintly audible at a distance of about 30cm. The earpiece also became uncomfortable after approximately 90 minutes of continuous wear, creating a persistent itch that was distracting during our simulated exam.

Verdict: Not Recommended in 2026

The 24kupi system was a reasonable option five years ago when exam security was less sophisticated and AI solving did not exist. In 2026, its Bluetooth connectivity, low-resolution camera, and reliance on a human partner make it an outdated and risky choice. At $180, you are paying for technology that was already behind the curve in 2024.
